Outdoor group fitness
Online personal training. You’ll get a workout programme, nutritional advice and regular check-ins via email or Skype.
“Like a boot camp, but less shouty”
Living on the south coast has it’s advantages and being able to workout outdoors can have some huge benefits.
I understand that working out can be tough, and that finding motivation can also be hard work at times. This is why I created Fit Camps. Fit Camps are mostly outdoor group workouts based on a boot camp style. We do fun activities that are challenging (but doable) using just our own bodyweight, or we add some light weights like kettlebells and slam balls.
The important thing about Fit Camp is that everyone is an individual and all at a different place in their fitness journey - some just starting out, some a bit further along. If you are unable to do something - that’s OK! We’ll modify the exercise so that you can. Working out with a group of people can be so rewarding as you are all working through it together.
The first session is always free so you can book to come along to try it out. It is then £5 per session. You can save money by buying a package which reduces the overall price - for instance 5 sessions for £20.

individual personal training
Sometimes we need that extra bit of help and support to achieve our goals. This is where Personal Training can come in. With Personal Training you get the benefit of an individualised workout focused on your exact goals along with the support and coaching you need to complete the exercises. Prefer to workout at home? This can be arranged. Depending on your location there might be additional charges. Contact me for details.
Outdoor session can be great fun and using some simple equipment and techniques we can get great results.
Online Personal Training
Like with 1:1 personal training, sometimes we need that bit of extra help and support to achieve our goals. Where 1:1 training isn’t an option, online personal training and coaching might be the thing for you.
How does this work?
We have an initial conversation over Skype or email to discuss how I can best support you. We’ll talk about what your current levels of activity are now, and the sorts of things you regularly eat. After our chat, I’ll put together a gym programme for you which will have tailored workouts for you based on your on situation. These could be home or gym based workouts depending on your requirements.
After a week or two we have a Skype call to see how you’re getting on and to see if there are any tweaks required. We also talk about your eating and discuss anything that might need adjustment here as well. Towards the end of the month we would have another Skype call to review how things have gone. This gives me some insight on what you liked and what you didn’t like which will help me to plan the next month’s programme for you. We’ll also have regular check-in over message - and you’re welcome to contact me anytime with any questions or if you need support/motivation.

Any pre-booked personal training sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancel within 24 hours of the session and the full rate may be charged (depending on the specific circumstances). Classes have a 5 hour cancellation period.
