WHAT I DO
There are two different ways to work with me at the moment: through my online fitness classes and through my online personal training plan.
I run several online fitness classes per week which you can take from the comfort of your own home - plus if you can't make the scheduled time you can catch up at a time that suits you! The classes are fun and suitable for any fitness level.
Online Personal Training is where I work with you to create a workout plan unique to you tailored to help you achieve your goals. We have regular check-ins to see how you are doing - plus you also get full access to the online classes as well!
