There are two different ways to work with me at the moment: through my online fitness classes and through my online personal training plan.

I run several online fitness classes per week which you can take from the comfort of your own home - plus if you can't make the scheduled time you can catch up at a time that suits you!  The classes are fun and suitable for any fitness level.  I'm very happy to offer all of the formats from SH1FT Fitness which are both challenging and fun!

Online Personal Training is where I work with you to create a workout plan unique to you tailored to help you achieve your goals.  We have regular check-ins to see how you are doing - plus you also get full access to the online classes as well!
